A Proposal of New Management Approaches in a Machinery Company

The aim of this thesis is to create a set of recommendations for the selected engineering enterprise. The purpose of these recommendations is to increase the enterprise effectivness and its adaptability quotient. In the first part of this thesis, based on a literature search, the management systems of successful Czech and foreign entrepreneurs are described. In the next part the most appropriate managerial approach is chosen on the basis of the performed qualitative research and this section also describes the current situation of the selected engineering enterprise. In the last part are given individual recommendations and steps to achieve their implementation.
Innovation of the Motivation System of Companies

The diploma thesis focuses on the innovation of the motivation system in selected companies. The thesis analyzes the current motivation system and through the structured interview, weaknesses in employee motivation are identified. On the basis of the empirical research carried out, concrete proposals are developed to increase the motivation of the employees.

This bachelor thesis deals with remuneration and wage policy in construction company. The theoretical part analyses the activity of the construction company and its specifics, labour-law relations between the employee and the employer, the goals of wage policy, types of wages, rewards and employee benefits. The practical part analyses selected construction companies using structured interviews and surveys the offered rewards on the labour market. The result is a summary and suggestion of recommendations for the companies surveyed.
Development of spoken German language among students with special needs at lower secondary school

The diploma thesis deals with the development of spoken language in German among pupils with special educational needs in primary schools. The aim of the diploma thesis is to find out whether the applied activities implemented within the intervention sessions contributed to the development of spoken language in selected pupils with special educational needs. The monitored pupils attend the ninth grade of a primary school established according to section 16 of the Education Act. One of the monitored pupils has a diagnosed specific learning disability, the second pupil has a diagnosed hyperkinetic disorder with attention deficit and the third monitored pupil has a diagnosed autism spectrum disorder. The theoretical part deals with the teaching of German as a second foreign language in Czech elementary schools, with spoken language, with the special educational needs of the monitored pupils and, last but not least, with the manifestations of these diagnoses in the teaching of the German language. The practical part contains research led by the case study method, which is carried out through eight intervention meetings with the monitored pupils. Stress management in Family Company

This bachelor thesis deals with stress, its causes, symptoms, stress managements and prevention. The work also introduces us with the family company, that is, with their focus, history and individual departments. The main goal of the research is finding about and analysing stress management in a workplace in the small family company through both quantitative and qualitative methods of research. Questionnaires and interviews were conducted with 12 respondents about what kind of stress prevails in the company and why. After a careful analysis of all the collected data conclusions were reached which helped make suggestions for stress prevention and stress management in workplace.

Experience with online teaching at lower secondary school

The work deals with the experience of online teaching at the lower secondary school in the English language subject. This is a qualitative research investigation carried out by semi- structured interviews with English language teachers. The work contains authentic testimonies of respondents, experiences and their experience of distance learning in the autumn and winter of 2020. It presents profiles of individual respondents with their quotes. It also discusses the resulting topics such as online teaching in the general sense, where it describes what online teaching means to teachers as a concept, what they imagine underneath, etc. It lists the main circumstances that may have influenced online teaching, from a teacher's point of view. The work is provided with a theoretical framework that mainly approximates the role of communication in online teaching, the motivation of pupils to learn and also presents the results of other research investigations already carried out into distance learning. The main research questions are: how teachers experienced online teaching; what positive and negative aspects were brought about by online teaching in the eyes of teachers; what behavioural or attitude changes were shown by pupils in the online environment in the eyes of the teacher. Integration of Natural Science Lesson and its Implementation in Secondary School

This diploma thesis deals with the integration of natural science lessons. It also deals with opinions and attitudes of 6th grade students and their parents/representatives about this type of education. First part describes history and present situation of integrated education, educational curriculums on national and school basis, subject didactics of science subjects and its didactic transformation in Czech Republic and abroad. Part of the diploma thesis forms a description of realization of integrated education on lower secondary school. There is also shown an example of educational topic with possible curriculum connection in one school grade. Second part is formed by a research which shows approach of students and their parents/representatives to integrated education. Interview method with further analysis was used for collecting results. In conclusion, results have shown that responders have very positive approach and opinions about integrated education. Kinesiotherapy in the treatment of patients with eating disorders

Title: Kinesiotherapy in the treatment of patients with eating disorders Summary: The aim of our experiment was evaluate the effect of kineziotherapy (psychomotor therapy) on body image in the treatemnet of the patiens with eating disorders in The Department of Psychiatry on General University Hospital in Prague. The study included 10 women divided into two groups according to the psychiatrist`s diagnosis of anorexia nervosa and bulimia nervosa. The effectiveness of kinesiotherapy was also evaluated about the type of treatment - inpatient of the department for eating disorders and outpatient of the day care institution for eating disorders. We used a validated questionnaire Body Attitude Test (BAT) which is used for negative evaluation of body size, lack of familiarity with one`s own body and general body dissatisfaction. Then we used Test of silhouette according to Stunkard and Test for the evaluation of sensory stimuli according to Petrie. Due to the small sample size, we supplemented the quantitative part with the qualitative interview with open questions. It allowed us to understand the interaction of individuals with their own body.
